2006 Sinister Hand

Got my shipment of this beauty last Friday and decided to try one today with pork chili verde in tomatillio sauce. Both the wine and food were stronger than nellies' breath so the pair were made for each other. Had a buddy (Mike) over and we did an 03 McCrea ciel de cheval before. All in all a lovely way to spend a Tuesday. WW Forgot to put the blend of 63% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 7% Mourverde. 14.1% alc
