Our Thanksgiving red this year. Dark garnet color w/ dark fruit, herbal & vanilla aromas. Medium bodied wine (lighter than I expected based on the color) w/ red fruit & herbal flavors w/ hint of licorice. Food-friendly, balanced flavors, acidity, tannins for drinking now, though enough tannins to hold for a couple of years. Matched well with the diverse Thanksgiving dishes. Left the bottle out overnight w/ approx. a glass remaining & it was almost unchanged the next day. $18 retail / $10 on sale.
