Does anyone know about BearBoat Pinot Noir?

I have had some BearBoat Pinot Noir recently...but I can not find it at retail anymore. Does anyone know about this wine?

I also like the Bear Boat Pinot Noir. I have had it twice at Butterflies Restaurant in Raleigh. It is listed at www.wine-master.com for $195 a case (not a bad price) but I don't know if this California-based Internet shipper can ship to Maine.

I see it often in the Delaware liquor stores along the coast but have not seen it in Maryland.
