New York State is likely to become a reciprocal wine shipping state by this spring. At the same time, wine excise taxes in NY might increase as much as 460%, from $.05 a liter to $.28

WOW, I am looking into that subject. If so, it will make three consecutive bad years and that spells disaster for small wineries hanging by their financial threads, not to mention the paucity of product.
