Tonight we had some grilled chicked cooked with a store bought maranara sauce. I doctored it up a bit with the last of the Rancho Zabaco Sonoma Heritage, onion, garlic and few other spices and had with spaghitti.

The Buck Shoals was great with the meal. It is sort of in between a Barbara and Pinot Noir. Maby a light Barbara with good acid.

I was wrong on the taste of the Buck Shoals. Last night I was finishing off the bottle then opened a Pepperwood Grove PN. There was not a lot of differance in the two wines. The Buck Shoals may have had a little more berry flavor.
