Nose dominated by apple, but still not overpowering - very precise acidity on the palate and a nice, medium finish. Light bodied. It went very well with a salad with nuts and cheese, and I'm sure it would also pair well with spicy dishes and would nicely cut through fatty sauces. Strikes me as a great food wine. I will buy more.
