Finally fingered out how to access the pixtures. Heck-fire Bubba, I used to wade thru deeper stuff than that to school 4 miles ebber morn in Shawnee. Take a deep whiff of pepper. A good sneeze'll clear that off rite away. WW

More schnee overnight, about 6 inches, and more forcast for the weekend...tired of shoveling snow.

Yeah, we got clobbered last night, too - about 1/2 inch. Now it's sunny out, but really cold - only 23.

No snow here, just a couple of inches of rain. The wildflowers will love it in a couple of months, especially the bluebonnets. Cows, coastal bermuda, everybody's lovin' it!

Around Keuka Lake, we haven't had much snow accumulation all winter--no snow blowing yet this year. But the temperatures have been brutal; among the coldest and longest duration since I've lived here.

I keep maintaining in my head that weather and overall climate are not the same thing--that's what the experts tell me...but I'd give money for some climate change here.

WOW! Lots and lots of schnee overnight from this storm and I measured 12" on the ground at 7AM. I posted some pics on Garr's forum at the below link. Everybody that's affected by this storm be careful and take it easy. Please no comments from the peanut gallery in the desert!

Enough snow, already! We again got hammered here in central Jersey with at least a foot with some mighty huge drifts. We didn't venture out; just stayed cozy and snuggled. I made a pot of potato soup. My stepson and his girlfriend dug us out. More snow predicted for Wednesday. I want tulips and daffodils! (and yes, our favorite stinker in the desert called me, too!)

We still haven't seen much of these storms up here. But I am sure we will get one any day now.

Well my driveway is dug out but not our road and I don't expect it to be cleared anytime soon. Eileen's stuck in downtown Baltimore at the Police Headquarters building with her front wheel drive auto with no chance of getting home. I have 4 wheel drive but the thought of driving through 20+ inch snow and up a very steep hill between our home and the closest State road, 1 mile, is not very enticing. Bad news is that more snow is forcast for Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Bev's cousin in Columbia, MD had 24 inches as of yesterday morning. She is supposed to be heading down to Georgia where her 92 year old mother is having a medical procedure in a couple of days. Hope they both make it.
