Hey guys, just had to tell someone about the fabulous lunch we had today:

A big plate of sort of like crabcakes but made from tortise and AMAZON CROCODILE, with spicy fruit garnish and then a huge platter of grilled capibarra (you know those guinea pigs the size of St Bernards they have down here), all washed down with a bottle of 30 year old Uraguayan Tannat (and it was STILL a little tannic). All in for four people (with lots of sides and garnishes was $65.00 or so.
