Different strokes department. Priced Vacu-Vin, Gas systems, etc...bought a 375ml bottle of Benjamin Museum Release Tokay instead, drank it over several evenings, cleaned the empty.

Now, when I open a bottle of Zin or Cab that I know I can't finish tonight, I insert a funnel, fill the 375 empty Benjamin bottle FULL and drink everything left in the original bottle with a clear conscience.
My Benjamin 375ml bottle filled to the cork doesn't oxidize overnight, and I had a lot of fun emptying it the first time. Have fun emptying it every time, for that matter.
