Fortunately or unfortunately (I'm tired of the heat) North Carolina can stay warm into September and October. I need to open some more Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, etc. I came across a Domaine de la Janasse Cote du Rhone Rose' last night and may open that soon along with a Spanish white and a red Cote du Rhone.
