Guess I'll break out a bottle or so of wine. Plumbers are here replumbing the house. Today they install the copper pipe so firgure mite as well do a "Straightways" to the cellar. WW [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/wink.gif[/img]

Never happen. WW sure does like his "Breakfast of Champions", but I seriously doubt Cook's would be on his menu.

Still here. Just about finished. Our house is 30+ years old and the old lead pipes were about as stable I be after a 3 bottle nite. So far only 3 leaks and all have been detected. Looks like another day hanging out in the cellar. BOTTLED WHAT????WW [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/wink.gif[/img]

Lead pipes? I thought they stopped using lead in the thirties, certainly by the early forties.

They don be lead but the stuff they had after. Any-Whoos...The plumbers are history. Can't believe the difference in the flow of water. Threw me dead agin' the tile in the shower whilst cleaning the ole bod. Guess I'll have to open sumpin good to assuage the bumps and bruises.
