I've lost my address bar on Explorer. Does anyone know what i need to do to get it back? I've tried the View/Toolbar drop down, and Address Bar is checked, but IT'S NOT THERE!

The last time that happened to me I just quit out of the program and rebooted it--all was well again.

Best advice.... STOP using IE. Switch to Firefox or Opera. Much, much less problems.

Well, thanks for all the help (NOT!) I figured it out on my own. I've never even heard of any of those. Explorer, Netscape, and Safari (used by Mac) are the only three I've ever seen.

Do a search for browsers. It's quite amazing how many are out there. I'm using Firefox right now also.

bern,

I'm on a Mac. You can download Firefox for Mac. But I haven't done it either. Can't get motivated to download a fourth browser.

Why doesn't a company make one browser that can do it all? There's really only two companies controlling the computer industry anyway...
