An assortment of plain, unsalted, crackers. A basket or two of torn up baguette, and maybe some raw vegetables without dip.

I'm guessing this is an informal (correct me if I'm wrong), fun kind of party, with wine as the focus instead of cocktails, as opposed to a formal, sit-down and take notes kind of wine tasting.

If you are being serious, Innkeeper has the program just right.

If it's a fun gig, a stand and mill and try the different kinds of wines party...then any finger foods that work with wine, work with wine tasting. Assorted cheeses (some to work with red, some to work with white), rare roast beef slices from the deli that can be rolled up and stuffed with cream cheese, shelled shrimp or crab claws, beef or lamb carpaccio, tuna or yellowtail sashimi and so on.
