Very, very nice wine. Perfect fruit to my taste. Very lively with all sorts of red fruit on the nose and palate, fruity without the dominance of one overwhelming berry. Plenty of things happening in the mouth, the word "singing" came to my mind. Both interesting and very pleasurable. Medium bodied, not very tannic, ready to drink. Glad I have more.

I've enjoyed one or two wines from Lirac but only if I catch them within a few years of harvest. They don't seem to age well so you are probably on the money when you say ready to drink.
