WOW! Dark purple. Nose of dark plum, dark chocolate, truffle and spice. Rich, lush, flavors of bitter chocolate, mature plum, truffle, framboise, mushroom and earthy notes on a fine sand tannic frame that finishes longgg. This is a very good wine for $13 that will age a few years, IMHO. One of the nicer Frenchies that I've had in a while. 14.5% Alc/vol.
