2003 Domaine de la Cote de Ange, Cotes Du Rhone ($9.99 Chambers Street). Being an '03 it was just about as huge as a CDR can get. Good thing too, when you hear what we had with it. Gives a ton of black spicy fruit on the nose and upfront. Mouth filling complexity with more spice, muted oak, and smooth tannin cross the palate; and the finish lingers.

Matched it with Jenise's (from the Food Lovers Page) Curried Lentil, Tomato and Lamb Stew; slightly modified. Also had salad with blue cheese dressing, and a half of one of my baguettes with EVOO and garlic.
