This AM found me still recouperating from yesserday so decided to make a massive omelete for CB and me-self. Onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, a tad of garlic and layered with Cougar Gold yelled for Jacks' favorite beverage....SOOOO out came a 1999 Glenora Brut Sparkler. This is one world-class bubbly and would make enny old egg seem great but paired with this killer bottle reminded me of the fun breakfasts at the Lodge. Hope all on the board are blessed with the company of their loved ones this season and all of your wishes become reality. FEELIN'GOOD!. WW

One more time CB wanted some bubbly this time at lunch so I found A bottle of Gruet Blanc De Noirs Brut that was a reccomendation of the great Magellan of the board Drewski. As usual his impeccible sluething and taste-buds found a dead-stroke winner. Outstanding juice for the money or triple the price. Paid 13 at my local pushers. 90/95.12% alc. WW

Always have many bottles of it on hand for just that sort of occasion. Anne loves it. Good, consistent producer of some fun bubbly. I also love it when I can serve it to people and then startle them with the fact that it's from NM.
