this AM. Started with the lovely 1999 vintage Veuve Cliquot Posiden and the NV Henriot following. Both of these bubblies complimentated the Omelette with carmilized onions, tomatoes and King Crab Legs (center cut flesh only) with some nice spices. Killer holiday. WW
