Pale straw color with intense streams. Light lemon with yeasty notes on the nose. Creamy lemon with yeast and bread. Light body. A nice bottle of bubbly.

First, I put it in some nice crystal champagne trumpets, but the fizz was all over the place. The second glass I put in a cheap glass flute and it tamed it down to the nice streamers. I need to get me some speiglau or reidel.
