just wanting to quench a thirst, pulled a split out of the fridge. pulled off the foil and I was surprised to find a cage and cork! I was expecting a twist top or something like that but this thing had a mini cork!

Wine is advancing, big, bold, yeasty, most of the fruit gone but still some baked fruit character. Nice vibrant, dense sparkling wine! ... $2 a split...lovely

I really wish I had bought more of these... Opened another one today just for sipping and it is wonderful for the price. Ripe, dense, apple (mackintosh) but not overty complex, juicy and vigorous still.
