From the priorat, a blend of 67% Carinena, 16% Garnacha, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, and 2% Syrah.

A modern Spanish but still nicely done. Very dark black-purple in color. Nose pleasantly floral, some gravel, berries, some red fruit, ripe but nicely structured, good round mouthfeel. Decent drink but plenty of competition at this price range in the $40's.
