Sister-in-law brought this to the ranch Saturday, having found it at Costco in Houston; sipper before supper. Green bottle to go with the green theme of this fully organic bubbly. Very pale in the glass, lively bubbles more like a champers; crisp acidity, delightfully tart, lingering finish. A stunner! She said she gave $12 and change for it. I asked her to go back and buy all she can find, what she doesn't want, I'll buy from her. Wonderful stuff!
