Had a '98 is a restaurant last night. That's a little old for a white in my book. However, it was fresh and vibrant. Lovely pungent citrus aroma, fresh fruit upfront, and my kind of acidity and nice complexity across the palate, and a delightlful finish. We both matched it with red snapper provencale which was loaded with cherry tomatoes and muchrooms sauteed with OO, garlic, and wine. Perfect.
