L'Apres Midi (afternoon) in French. Opened this honey this afternoon with dinner. Upon pouring, I noticed the floral bouquet immediately and felt good about what was to come. Citrus, dried apricot, agave nectar, swoosh of mineral. Polished, low/mid acidity, and well balanced. Priced a little high, but found it on sale for $39.

Agave nectar? Is there some RS here, or is it just the flavor profile you're describing? I generally like my agave nectar with some crushed ice, Don Julio Blanco and fresh lime juice, but I'm willing to look for it in a nice SB.

Sounds strange, but it was there. Perhaps my new allergy medicine was reaching for smells backed up in my sinus, but was there. I do love tequila though. Its hard not too living this close to the Mexican border.
