Actually, there is a forum on this WineBoard dedicated to the topic of home winemaking. More on this below....

We don't have any good books on the topic on this site but Amazon.com sells many that will be helpful. I haven't read this one myself, but the book "The Way to Make Wine: How to Craft Superb Table Wines at Home" (Paperback)
by Sheridan Warrick looks very good.

Go to Amazon.com and just search for "Home Winemaking" and you'll find this book -- among others.

If you'd also like to see what people have said about this HERE in our forum for "Home Winemaking" go to the main wineboard page by click on The WineBoard in purple type above. Then scroll down until you see the forum topic listed. It's almost at the bottom of all the topics, in the last section "Resources and Other Stuff".

There are no recent postings but you can see all the postings by first going to the forum.
THEN just change the drop-down box to "Show All Topics". You'll see that there is indeed interest in Home Winemaking.
