D@mn that sounds good KC!! (BTW, what are you still doing up.....?? ) Happy holidays to you and yours KC.

I've got nothing quite that good sounding nor as involved as what you are doing...I love lamb too!! I've got a few friends on the way tomorrow and have a 10 pound ham (simple spiral throw in the oven thing) and a 5 pound veal chop roast at the ready!! A couple of salads, mash potatoes, a pasta, a platter of stuff and desserts that are being brought in will do the trick.

As for wines, visitors get to choose but the ones that I've stood up are

Whites (a smattering)
(1) 2002 A. Et P. de Villaine Cote Chalonnaide "Les Clous" Bourgongne
(2) 2006 Ladera Savignon Blanc
(3) 2005 Dr. Frank Konstantine Dry Riesling
(4) 2004 Markus Molitor Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett

Reds: (All Pinot Night)
(1) 1995 Louis Latour Pommard Epenot 1er Cru
(2) 2002 Francois Raquillet Mercurey 1er Cru Les Vasee
(3) 2002 Domaine Des Margotiere Saint Romain "Sous Roche"
(4) 2005 St. Innocent Pinot Noir Shea Vineyards Willamette Valley
