Some please help me select a wine!

Choice of a wine to serve with turkey is driven by the way the bird's prepared in our house - if oven-roasted, we like a German Riesling, especially a Mosel-Sahr-Ruwer. But if smoked, a Pinot Noir or even a Zin works well. She's not informed me yet which we'll make this year... but if we don't get this confounded kitchen remodel finished, it may be reservations...
