Box wine with the XBOX logo

I purchased this boxed wine yesterday as a gift for my fiance, who is disappointed because the new 360 is sold out. The wineseller I bought it from said that there was a lawsuit XBOX had brought against the winemaker, and I was wondering if anyone had any information for me on where to find the details. I have used all the search engines I can think of, but haven't been able to find anything. The wine is supposed to be fairly good, but I really just bought it for our collection, and don't intend to drink it, as it is no longer being made (because of said lawsuit). Any information anyone could find for me would be greatly appreciated!
