Hi Kristagea and welcome to the board.Suggest you try a Meritage, a blend of the classic Bordeaux grapes, first. Lots of nice ones on the market. Beaulieu " Tapestry ", Beringer " Alluvium" or Estancia. About serving temp, room temp is fine as long as your room 'haint no hotter than 65*. WW
