Here's a late reply: Frey Vineyards in Mendocino does not add sulphur, and neither does Frog's Leap in Napa Valley. Among the more famous French producers, Domaine Tempier in Bandol (Provence) and Domaine de Gautier in Provence make rich, sumptuous red wines totally without the addition of sulphur. Check out your local health food store if you have one. Those with licenses to sell wine often stock a good selection of wines made as naturally and chemical free as possible.
