You may find this hard to believe, but I have the found the '00 Bleasdale, 'Mulberry Tree' (WS 89), to be both complex and ready to pop as many Cabs from Oz are wont to be. Runs $15. If you have enough equipment, you might decant them an hour or so ahead of time. Not essential.
