Hello!

This is my first time using this discussion group.

I am just dying to drink the Heitz MV 1991 that I have. It has been stored fairly well (50-60 degrees) - and I'm just praying that it is still okay. My question is what to pair it with. I hear it is a bit minty, but with 15 yrs of aging... Will lamb be too strong, or should I go with something like beef/steaks? Any ideas? Has anyone had the '91 recently that might be able to give me some suggestions, and/or how it is aging? I have a few weeks to plan.
