I recently bought a bottle of Conundrum out of curiosity, and it occurs to me, I have no idea what food to pair it up with. Any suggestions?

Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier and Muscat make up the blend and while not a lover of this wine me thinks it would pair well with shellfish, fish and dishes with a lemon component.
