Okay, as I sat here enjoying my wine and writing my last question... I started wondering how I should "taste" this wine. When enjoying a wine... how should I drink it? Stupid question... yeah... but I've had a glass and don't feel embarrassed enough not to ask... hahaha.
But really... should I be sipping it? Should I hold it on the back of my tongue? What? I would like to know how to distinguish the flavors and nuances that are present in wine.
So, got anything you would like to share with me? I'd greatly appreciate it! And I will try not to be such a newbie... hahaha.
Thanks!
