Welcome to the group. Unfortunately, many sweet wines are very expensive, especially those that can age for a long time. Ice wines, vin santos, tokai, etc are all 25 year + long termers. Many Sauternes are also able to age long.

As for the price, the only one that I can think off is German Riesling at the Auslese level. These can age 20 years plus in good vintages but the are still $30 plus for a decent bottle.
