When you purchase the wines be sure to ask for the tasting notes (usually a very short description of the wine) and product information sheets (the winemaker's notes which are much more extensive). The winemakers notes will usually give you the date of harvest, Brix, pH, acid and the winemakers description of the wine. These will be very helpful to you and your group when you taste and discuss the wines.
