You might want to try a drier German Riesling. Look for Kabinett (a German standard for grape ripeness) on the label. It's a very food freindly wine and should go with everything you have listed. It seems to be a favorite of many people on this board as well. As far as brands go, don't sweat it. Hope it helped!
