The more serious competition is Astor Place Wine and Spirits, I would think.

In any case, Foodie, let us know your base of operation while you're on our fair Island. I'll try to stop by.

P.S. I'll check out Vino, but I surmise by the address -- and I'll find this out for sure -- that it might be connected to the wine bar Enoteca I Trulli and the Restaurant I Trulli. Great places both, with great wine lists, specializing in -- but not limited to -- southern Italian wines. For example, I ran across Copertino for the first time at Enoteca.
