Georges Duboeuf

I just received a bottle of wine as a gift, but know nothing about it. The name on the bottle is Georges Duboeuf. Vintage is 1993. It also says Chateauneuf Du Pape on the bottle. And the type of wine is Red Rhone Wine. Can anyone help me to know more about this bottle? Is it an expensive bottle, when is it best drank? That sort of stuff.
