2000 Les Closiers CdP from Caves des Papes

A really accessablr CdP. Pretty, clear ruby. Restrained nose but opened to tar, pencil shavings, a tad of meat and lots of fruit. Good entry, solid center and a 3&1/2 lapper finish. Some soft tannins lurking but IMHO this is a near term, solid drinker. 88/88. 24 by the box. WW
