There are several Ice Wines from Canada that are very, very good. Lang (B.C.) riesling ice wine is one of my favorites. There are some good "auslese" type wines that are made in Washington, look for "late harvest" on the label. Nothing I've had from the US really comes close to the fine wines of the Mosel and the Rhein though! (Like Auslese Erdener Pralat from Monchhof, which has extremely intense flavors and this incredible "prickly" mouthfeel.)
