nose is full of white fruits like white necterine if there is such a thing. Also some smoke and fruity vanilla. The palate has much of the same adding just a touch of lemon peel and cream. Very well made. Great balance with the acidity makes me believe it will age for a few more years (3 to 7). The mid palate is absolutely wonderful, which is what keeps me drinking this. I believe I'll finish the bottle.
