help for easter

Dozer, I matched an Italian "Ciro" made from the Gaglioppo grape with our "Easter" dinner on Saturday due to the only day the entire family could get together. This was recommended by a fine Italian deli in the area that I work. An unusual wine without food but with the ham was a match made in heaven. The bottle was discarded before I could write down the particulars, sorry, that's why I didn't post notes. The wine had smokey, clove like flavors that melded with the flavors of the ham.
