Look up Del Carlo, Dry Creek, Sonoma. A true up and coming Zinfandel producer.

WW, you'd like their Cabernet Sauv. too. Those two are all they produce. Right on the Dry Creek Road, not far from Teldeschi--in fact, Del Carlo's wife is a Teldeschi cousin.

Del Carlo family has grown grapes for generations, but they are just releasing their own wines. Old vine Zinfandels--heaven.

I agree with you: Sonoma for Zinfandels.
