The shop had importer Oliver McCrum (from Oakland, CA) in the store pouring some of his selections. He specializes in Artisan Italian wines. No detailed notes, circumstances did not permit, but I will put the list up.

Sorelle Bronca "Prosecco Valdobbiadene" $15

2000 Colle Stefano "Verdicchio Matelica" $12

1999 Le Strette "Nas-Cetta" $15 (According to McCrum this is from an ancient Italian varietal that only two wineries grow for a total world wide distribution of 1000 cases. I will post notes when I pop this one)

2000 Anna Maria Abbona Dolcetto "Sori Dij But" $16

2000 Anna Maria Abbona Dolcetto "Maioli" $19.50

2000 San Romano Dolcetto Di Dogliani $15.00

2000 San Romano Dolcetto Superiore "Vigna Del Pilone" $22.00

2000 Caviola "Dolcetto Barturot" $25.00

1999 Caviola "Bric Du Luv" $40.00

1995 La Gerla "Brunello Di Montacino" $48.00

The last 4 were spectacular, especially the Caviola "Bric Du Luv" which was 90% Barbera and 10% Pinot Noir.
