I've also read some good things about the 04 vintage...

In general, though, wines from the top Chateau (Haut-Brion, Latour, Lafite, Petrus, Le Pin, Mouton, Margaux, Cos, Ducru, etc) will always produce consistently great wines regardless of the vintage overall.

Having said that... I've ordered futures for a number of these Chateaux.
