Hi Foodie,
thanks for the reply. Innkeeper gave me the rundown of your experince by-the-way. Sounds incredible. Have you ever been to Bordeaux? If so what's it like. Pretty much the Mecca of the wine world as far as I gather from the reference book I use (Sotheby's wine lexicon) It's either written or edited by a guy called Tom Stevenson. Have you heard of him?
