Hi K. Snipe, and welcome to the Wine Board. The wine that goes best with pork, and with your dinner too as a matter of fact, is pinot noir. A very nice, inexpensive one that is widely available, is Villa Mt Eden, California, Pinot Noir. It runs for around $10.00, and is heavy enough to carry the breading and potatoes without any problem.
