1995 Cecchetti Sebastiani (Napa Valley)

Since I only opened just one half case to try that one bottle, I still have 3 unopened half cases. How likely is the rest of the wine in these other unopened cases to be "passed the prime"? According to my sis, these wines were kept in their wine cellar in the basement with a temp of around 60F along with her roughly 5,000 bottle collection. She says these wine as well as the rest of her collection have never been exposed to heat or excess light.
