1995 Cecchetti Sebastiani (Napa Valley)

I was recently been given 4 half wood cases of the above wine from my sister as my retirement gift. She said it was a limited production run back in the 90s when it was released when a wine merchant introduced it to her late husband then. I cannot find any info or ratings on this wine at all. I'm also very concerned about the drinkability of this wine since it is 14 years old and how much life it has left on it if any. My sis says this wine was kept in her basement all this time. Your advice and comments please. Thanks.
